I haven't done any exercise in ages. Will I be able to take part?

Absolutely! Our instructors are qualified and bring years of experience to every class. We know that just showing up can be the toughest step, but once you're here, we'll take care of the rest. Need modifications? No problem. We'll tailor the workout to your needs, and you'll never feel singled out. Come join us and let's achieve your fitness goals together!

Can I bring my children to class?

We understand it's hard to train when you have children, which is why we allow you to bring children and we have a dedicated area for them to sit whilst you train. We do allow children to train and we have a discounted price, the minimum age is 10 up to age 15. 16 year olds are classed as adults

How much does it cost?

Pay as you go, which is £5, or you can book a 10 session block for £40 and you can also book a 7 day unlimited pass for £18. You can book through our online booking platform.
